Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1 cup of snow peas

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  3. In another small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the vegetables and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them with the sauce.
  7. Pour the cornstarch slurry over the noodles and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
